Conditions of attendance

Please read and note the Aims and Objectives.

There is no charge to the event organisation.

That the railway is not booked on a first come first served policy. Regulars are the priority.

That the site is absolutely level.

The railway does not operate in constant rain.

That bystanders and passengers obey safety rules.

That 50p tickets are issued for control and an income for costs and fund raising.

That the event will be offered a donation from the total income. The amount is at the descretion of the railway owner.

The fund raising railway demonstrations are a hobby and is insured for public liability.

That the certificate of insurance and risk assessment schedules are available.
